HOW CAN I PURCHASE ONLINE?

Online purchases with BX Jeans are very simple. You just have to follow these steps:

   - Choose the products to want and add them to “my cart" - Click “complete purchase” and introduce your account information or make a purchase as a guest (without registering).

   - Complete the payment and shipping fields.
 
   - Make your payment easily and safely.

   - Once authorized, we’ll automatically send you your order number and you’ll receive an email with the details of your purchase.

If you have registered you can also find the details of your purchase in “My account: My orders”

WHAT SIZE DO I CHOOSE?

With each product you will find a size guide with the measurements for each type of product. The sizes correspond to Spanish sizing and are indicated in centimeters. For more information you can click on the section labeled ‘Size Guide’.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are as follows:

WHAT IS A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

It’s a personalized code that allows you to enjoy exclusive promotional offers.  All you have to do is introduce the code when making your purchase and the promotion will be applied automatically.  The field in which you must introduce the code will be indicated to you before you finalize your purchase. Remember that promotional codes are personal and non-transferible and may only be used one at a time.  Promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

Click on “My account” and you’ll be able to access your information and modify it if you like.  You can change your password, update your personal information, etc.


HOW CAN I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?

If you are registered but have forgotten your password, see “My account: Forgot your username/password?” and follow the instructions.

We’ll ask you for your email so you can recover your password.

 

3.- DELIVERY.

DELIVERY TIME AND WHERE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER.

Deliveries are made through a third-party service.  They will generally arrive within 4 business days.  This may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the product or the area to which it is delivered.  For this reason, in exceptional circumstances the delivery can be altered by unexpected conditions related to third-party service that handles the deliveries, holidays, or other difficulties.  In this case, the deliver can take up to 7 business days.

Take into account that at the address you provide us for the shipment, delivery during business hours must be possible.  Remember that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or transport agencies, so for this reason it is necessary that you provide us with an exact address.  If you don’t receive the order within the aforementioned timeframe or if you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Service department by email at shop


HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I’VE COMPLETED MY ORDER CORRECTLY?

Once you have completed or order and made the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.  If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder.  If you still have not received the email, you can check the status of your order from the “Orders” section on our website.  In any case, you can contact our Customer Service department simply by sending an email to shop.

4.- RETURN POLICY.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Returns with BXJEANS.COM are at the expense of the buyer.  They must be carried out within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.  Returns will always be made in the same country as the order.  The garments must be in perfect condition (with their tags, unworn, unwashed, and unwrinkled).  If you received any promotional articles with the order you want to return, these must also be sent back.

To make the request you go to the "My orders" section of "My Account", select the order and print the "Return/Change Form". If you aren’t registered, go to the "orders" page and introduce your e-mail and order number.

Don’t forget to print it out and attach in your package. (If you don’t have a printer, you can fill out the form you received with your order).

Once the request has been confirmed, the carrier will contact you to specify the date and time of collection.


¿CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR PRODUCT?

It will not be possible to change one product for another, so only the size can be changed. To exchange a product for a different one, you must return it and make a new order.

Bxjeans.com will not be able to accept changes or returns of used or defective products (as long as it is not a defect of quality or manufacture).

THE ARTICLES I’VE RECEIVED ARE INCORRECT OR HAVE A DEFECT. WHAT DO I DO?

If you’ve received an article that is defective or simply not what you ordered, we will reimburse you for the cost of those products as soon as they arrive to our warehouse and we verify that they are indeed defective/incorrect.

Can’t find it?  Go to the "My orders" section of my account, select the order, and print the “Return Form.”  If you aren’t registered, go to the "orders" page and introduce your email and order number.

 

5.- PAYMENT METHOD.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can choose from a variety of payment methods:


DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard.


PAYPAL.

Para To purchase through PayPal, select that payment method and then click “Make Safe Payment.”  Then you will be redirected to PayPal’s webpage to make your payment.


IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH MY CARD?

Your information will be encrypted and sent through SSL Protocol.  If you choose to pay by card, once you press the corresponding button to complete your payment, you will be directed to a secure webpage of our bank in which you will be asked to introduce your card info (card number, cardholder, expiration date, and CVV).  Once you’ve completed this information, the operation will be sent to your credit card company, which will validate its authenticity.  Once the bank has confirmed the payment, you will be charged on your card.  If the payment isn’t confirmed, the order will be canceled.  In any case, you will be inform you of the status of your payment.  When you pay with card, you are guaranteeing that it is indeed your card.
